Weekends.

This past weekend a friend very dear to me came to visit. It was so nice. I love being able to go out and do all the things that are "girly" and being able to just enjoy it. I was able to go shopping, dancing, and I was able to cook for someone. Food wasn't quite as good as I hoped, but you can't have it all. But I did get a kick ass pair of jeans. New Favorite Pair!

It just went by way to fast. My stinking job made me work on Sunday, and that cut the festivities short.

The sad thing is that she is going to be moving to Arizona in the coming months. And, in all likely hood, that was one of the last times we'll ever hang out. Moving saddens me. I agree that she needs to go there. Her life is wasting away in a place that she doesn't enjoy. I just wish Arizona was a little closer. I'm starting to get down thinking about it.

Again, I guess a person can't have it all.
