HOCKEY TIME!

Oh Boy........

Man did I fuck up last night. I can't remember doing something that stupid in a long time.

I'm glad it happened though. It's time for me to grow the fuck up. In two weeks I'll be one more year closer to 30. I'm not a kid anymore. It's time for me to grow up.

In December I'll be moving since my lease is up. I don't know what I'm going to do. I'd like to leave the area, but I don't know if it's practical. Maybe I'll just move slightly out of the area. Maybe Chicago. Maybe back to Indy. Maybe Kalamazoo. I don't know. Anybody have any suggestions? I guess if I'm going to move I should start looking for a job in those areas.

On another note, I feel that Motion Left is starting to disband. It doesn't seem like things are quite the way they used to be. I mean even for me the weekly rides aren't so much fun as they are an obligation. I need them to be fun, so I have something to look forward to. If I have nothing to look forward to, that's when the bad shit starts happening.

I think everyone on the planet is mad at me for some reason right now. I don't know why. So if I've pissed you off, sorry. I'm trying to be a better person.

I've also decided to call a doctor about getting me on "crazy pills" again. I'm thinking my bad brain stuff is starting to creep back up on me. One of these days dammit, I'm going to have it beat. I just hope it is soon.

I also need to get motivated. Nothing gets me motivated right now. That might be a by product of the brain funk, which I'm hoping will be solved soon here.

What a week it's been. Lindsay from Toronto is down here visiting. It's been a blast. Except for the part that I am sick. I've been sick since Friday. It is not fun. Oh well. Things have been marginally better for me. I still have a whole stack of bullshit in my life, but I'm slowly trying to change that. I think that by the end of this month I should be a little more sorted out. I need to get motivation. I have none. It's a chore everyday for me to do the things most normal people can do without hesitation. I see things that are very easy to chnage and do, yet I can't bring myself to even try and do it. I'd just rather sit in bed all day.

I think I might have to barf now. I'll let you know.

So I was doing pretty good for a while. Then BAM! the last few days have been utter hell. Not a damn thing has gone right for me. I keep circling around to what is the fucking point of it all? All the things I try and do, nothing seems to help. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I am at a loss of what to do next. I just don't know.

Only 64 days and counting....

So most of you know out there that I love mopeds. There is really only one thing I love more than mopeds. Hockey. That's right, Hockey. I am a hockey nut, and I cannot wait for the season to begin. I haven't been this excited for a hockey season ever. They changed a lot of the rules for this upcoming season, and it is going to rock. You want details? You got it.

The one rule that I think will change the game more than any of the others, is you cannot switch lines on an intentional icing. Yes the shootouts are big, as well as the elimination of the red line. But think about the last game you saw. After the offense was tearing up the defense, and the defense was tiring, they would ice the puck. They can't do that anymore. There's going to be more line changes on the fly, which results in more 5 on 4 opportunites. Which teams will really have to watch when they are changing. It's going to take some time for them to get used to it, but I think that is the biggest rule change of them all.

If you don't appreciate hockey and this post makes no sense to you at all, I apologize. No, wait I don't. Go watch a hockey game. You'll love it.

I hate my job. Everyday I get more and more pissed at this place. I'm letting them know tomorrow that I am looking for something else. I cannot handle this place anymore. The majority of the people here just annoy me and piss me off. I'm done.
